Digital speedo meter from phone's screen..
Is there any chance I could build a digital speedo meter from my old nokia 3510i's screen? If it's possible I will do one, any help would be appreciated
Sure, it's possible. Is there any chance you could do it? No.
Nope. I don't have the knowledge to do that. You'd need to know what kind of interface the screen uses, etc. And then you'd have to somehow connect the screen to a microcontroller of some sort. Then you'd have to program the microcontroller, and you'd have to get the output from the speed sensor somehow.

Thank you, all I needed was I reason. There could be some instructions in somewhere but it seems to be too complicated.
Wouldn't it be easier to build one using 7-segment displays?
For starters, it will be much less complicated and mobile phone display will be far too dim to be readable in bright daylight.
