Really annoying i put in say 5 photo's it will upload the first 2 fine then just wont do the others. Really gettin on my nerves

happens some times. I site that handles thousands of images every second is bound to have some times where it craps out.

But it craps out every single time i try to use it, and thier upload program doesnt actually work.

it works fine for me, 99% of the time. Sometimes it goes a bit wonky and reverts back to the uploader where you have to select single files rather than the fancy java uploader or whatever where you can select the whole album, and occasionally it mucks up on one or two photos but generally it is fine. Just come back to it later and try again
