I bought a NES off Ebay not long ago. £25 with a bunch of games


I've got a media centre PC in my living room now with a couple of 360 pads plugged in, so these days I tend to get all my nostalgic console urges out on that using emulators.

me parents have got a mint/boxed NES complete with Castlevania up in the storage space in their bedroom, gonna have to drag it out one day

omg i have controls and games for the snes just not snes lol traded it in for the N64 way back when though.
Now i just use a emulator no cost same amount of fun.

Wow. Brings back grand memories. I can only go as far back as the Atari 2600. Most of my time was spent with the SNES though.

I can actually remember going out to the living room while my mother was taking my sister to the bus stop just to play on it for 10 minutes. As I heard my mother pull back into the drive way, I switch the games back real quick, turn everything off, and pretend like I never woke up until it was my turn to get ready for school an hour later.

One day I forgot to switch the games back and upon my return from school, I was promptly questioned about it, then grounded...

Also reminds me of my beginnings in the online gaming community. Starsiege Tribes anyone?
