Wasnt it great if minimap was moveable? Some servers have insim, which is on the right, where minimap is and there's chat on the left, which is second (last) option for moving it.
It was great if there was slider, with which we were able to move minimap up/down or/and left/right.

Sliders IMO are overkill, the screen borders could be divided in 8 zones and then let the user/insim select which one. However only some positions are viable so maybe even less zones.

Well, probably it's just drawn with a coordinate, so being able to customize that coordinate might be all it takes.. Not exactly a major programming problem.
