Guess you may have noticed I haven't had much time for LFS of late. Was wondering how all the old GFC/GTTC guys are getting on so I thought I'd start this twitter thread.

I know, long shot, but are you getting near LFS to manage another pair of leagues in the future, with more people on the actual admin team?

But, alas the day of time for LFS are well and truly over for me now. Running your own business swallows up an awful lot of time.

There's no reason why someone couldn't take over the running of the GFC/GTTC. However, how that would work in practice without any involvement from me I'm not so sure.

I thought about putting gentlefoot.com up for sale. Any offers?

Good to see you again GF/James. I know quite a few of the ex-GFC/GTTC guys have been doing pretty well for themselves in various leagues recently. The SRS guys took me on a month or so ago so as well so settling in nicely there.

I think the leagues probably wouldn't get the numbers at the moment but I reckon if some of us put together another one-off reunion race we might get some interest and of course it takes a bit less work.

A shame you don't have much time for LFS anymore because your league taught practically everything I know!

Yeah, maybe another one off GFC event might be possible. Not for the next couple of months though.

I must say, with the start of the F1 season this year I did really miss the challenge of those GFC races every other Sunday.

Same here, I still look back at those race results, and think that I've really progressed
That was my first proper league experience in LFS.
And I'm doing well, me, troy and laudi, from ze FM are now in a totally different team ^^

So yes. A reunion is in order. GFC (and perhaps a GTTC race for TBOs, miss those long tracks)

Yeah, I noticed the last time I was online that everyone seemed to have switched teams. I spdo still going?
