hi on many youtube vids when they show incar view you can see the drivers arms, but when im playing i dont have the drivers arms. i have s2 liscence, so i was wondering if its a mod of some sort. if anyone can help it would be great.

Go to options and then click 'VIEW' button, there you should find it, wheel on, driver off, wheel off, driver off, wheel on, driver on etc.
