my dad's iphone does not have that safari browser....is there like another browser that i can install?....edge browser seems good but i don't know where to get it from

It has to have safari, its preloaded into the firmware. Unless he jailbroke it, then hid it, (or he has an iClone) there should be a safari. Post a picture

Edit: Try going to Settings > General > Restrictions > and turning the Safari switch "on"
