mine is the black edition tho :P

any ideas tho for lfs crashing? after thinking about it the only other thing i had a problem with was itunes around the same time. "critical" itunes system files and had to reinstall its self.
... Your install is ****ed.

Format and reinstall. I know that is usually the time when applications start having to reinstall themselves for the hell of it.
I would reccomend running your system at stock speeds.

You could try making a new partition and install W7beta, dual boot and test under W7 with a fresh OS and LFS.

If other apps are starting to have problems, it could be anything from a loose sata cable to some overclocked ram.

Good luck.

SD Out.

Seagate 1.5TB = 7200.11 = Drives with a bugged firmware.

mine didn't have the firmware that was bad but it was shortly after that (JAN) that i got it so im thinking it might be a bad spot on the drive. btw i started looking in to the hard drive about 2 hours before the post from sparky dave
