If this has been answered before please point in the right direction, I was unable to find anything in my search.
I have been trying to write a crude replay parser while I got some free time at work. But I can't seem to get the split times from a SPR correct. I have tried unpacking the data specified in the SPR format document (msht time). But when I try to verify the time I get with LFS World I mine don't agree.
So I guess I am looking to find out if the data is in msht time or is it stored in milliseconds like all others times in replays are? When I tried unpacking the data as milliseconds those times didn't jive either.
