That is practically P2P.
If you search online you may find certain websites that allow you to enter the url of the video in and it will give you a little downloady link to download the "Video to mp3" format of it. Of course only with videos this is legal to do so. (i.e. your own made videos)

Yeah i know it's kinda of p2p but i want it in high kb/ps. 256 or some higher.

n need to download any program to do it.
