Low resolution skins.
Well, i had some creepy stuff in my LFS before. I did a clean reinstall and then downloaded some Revolution pack stuff into my new LFS. I tryed to modify something in the cfg file, i guess it was some "Lightning" or some - after that, my skins look extremly low resolution what just kills my eyes. Ive already tryed to change every setting in my graphics options but no luck. I have no idea what it is.

Also i think that my game overall textures has gone to low resolution. Im not sure if its related to Z15 patch tho.

Edit: I also tryed installing LFS into new folder and used the new cfg on my current LFS. Didnt work out.

is it the revolution pack?
Quote from logitekg25 :is it the revolution pack?

Yea, i downloaded the reflections/calipers/brake discs and tire thread patterns. Nothing else and im sure that it wont affect other textures. I have no idea what it is
you have tried fresh new installs of EVERYTHING, just backup up all your personal stuff (data folder, outgauge stuff) is it the skin

No offense, ur from US and u cant write ... or its just me who cant understand this text?
i worded it kinda weird

have you tried installing a new copy of lfs, with no personal stuff? is the problem there? do that after backing up your data folder and your outgauge text. if then you upload the skin to lfs, and it is low resolution, then it is the skin. if the problem is there with the fresh lfs without your data folder, and skin, then it is your computer, did you change any options with your computer?
That's a default LFS skin, not a custom one. I'm not sure what could be causing that. Go to a clean install of LFS, and add stuff incrementally and check as you go.
Are your graphics settings set to max?
Sorry, i still dont get what u mean by Personal Stuff. Anyways, im not that new/boob PC user that i change random settings, i know what they mean

And all my graphics is set to max, AA on and everything what is possibleto max out. The textures compressed/uncompressed are on uncompressed and stuff. Damn, its getting on my nerveous already and kills my gameplay excitment
i mean personal stuff like skins, personal dds files, sounds, ect. and the mip bias in the graphics should not be all the way up or down, they should be a little less then the middle, that is where most people like it. in misc there is a setting for something reduction, sorry i forget what it is, it is reduction so put it down all the way.
Well yea, few hours ago i found a solution and im not very sure about this, it may happen again. It was all about the ATI Control Panel center where the superduper settings was on. But i remember, i set all on "let application decide" but now they were all on wich caused this.

Im already sent message to developers too, if devs see this then its fine - no need to reply me

Offtopic: Lmao, i almost got used to those fooken low textures and now LFS looks like a new game to me, love it =P
Yes I had the same problem after re-installing the OS, I find its better (for me) to globally max out the quality settings in the display driver control panel (AA +AF etc)
I think the "let application decide" settings are sometimes ignored by the GFX driver if another setting is set to performance or what not.
I think this is more a problem with ATI than LFS

SD.
Check the compressed skins option is turned off, it looks like it's on to me.

It wasnt It was all about the ATI Control Panel wich kinda blocked the high resolution textures/skins i guess. Its solved for now.
it should be permanently solved
Quote from logitekg25 :it should be permanently solved

Myea, it is. But i think im not the only one who had this kind of problem. So ... well, yes its solved.
