i keep getting this message Can't open : WHEEL can anybody help me please?

In your dats/DDS folder, there should be a file called WHEEL.DDS but im 99% sure that it will be missing, so there will be the problem. I have attached the WHEEL.DDS file below. Just put it in your dds filder and away you go.
