Can you overtake whilst a yellow flag is flying?

In most leagues you should not overtake when under yellows, but a few people take this view on public servers also (of course you can overtake a stranded driver or someone causing the yellow).
Its good practice to be very cautious and not to overtake until yellow has passed.

In LFS the yellow is generally treated with a dissinterested air of, "ok i'll bear it in mind". Especially on some of the more "action" packed combinations, but it's at your own behest should you crash.

I'm generally quite happy to pass people in arrive & drive races whilst under yellow, I wouldn't contemplate it in a league though - the risk isn't worth throwing your race away over.
