Have you read comments in Wine forum about LFS?
Here read it all and try to dig some info from google too.

If no help, give us here output of wine lfs.exe. Until you don't provide us with info from terminal, we can't help you. This is not windows....
Wine version 1.0.1 is actually pretty ancient and I would strongly recommend upgrading to 1.1.27. If there is no package for your distro, you can always compile it from source. (with proper CFLAGS you can actually get it running faster a notch). I've tried LFS under wine 1.1.26 briefly and I experienced no big issue beside low fps.
I can not upgrade . To give you an idea of how much I want to play S2, it is the main reason for wanting XP fixed so much.
Quote from Michalxo :neveretheless.. until it's so slow in wine 30-40fps single car, whole LFS gaming in linux is pointless

Not sure what you mean, with Wine LFS is just slightly slower than in a native environment. Maybe your hardware is <cough> a bit outdated?

I have to ask why your complaining LFS doesn't work right in a non-supported OS?

Just nLite XP to the bones if your a Linux user and enjoy your FFB in Windows.
Maybe you're not entirely up to date, Scawen has been putting some effort in supporting Linux/Wine as well. Check the first post linked in my sig.
