EA's Superbike series was fantastic, as was GP500.

Surprised to see no love for F-Zero in this thread tbh. F-Zero X is still a favourite of mine, along with Wipeout Fusion and X-G Racing 3. Futuristic games oh yeah.

tokyo extreme racer - original and best, even though it goes under many names now its still the business.
