msdvd.co.uk are a dvd company that produce a few dvd's surrounding motorsport, probably the most notable is the 50 years of BTCC dvd. I ordered a dvd from them way over a month ago now, ive contacted them endlessly asking where it is and ive had 1 reply about 2 weeks after my order saying there was a problem with their servers and that they'd get it sent the next day. This never happened. So now its over a month on and still no sign of the dvd and no replies to new emails that are being sent.

I need to know what my options are, im thinking of reporting them for fraud as the money was taken from my account way over a month ago.

if you didn't get your product and you can't contact them, blow the whistle...

If you have a Lawyer, Sue them.
If the company has a place naear you, try to get to 'em and talk to 'em.
And try finding a phone number.

well ive got a phone number but im at work from 7am to 6pm every day of the week apart from Saturday and Sunday and there's no mobile signal there and i cant use the office phone to phone them. Just really annoyed with the fact ive sent 4 or 5 nice polite emails requesting the status of the order and all i get in return is nothing.

First of all, get together all correspondence between yourself and the supplier, then get in touch with the Local Trading Standards Authority, who will be better to advice you on what step to take next.



Alternatively get your Rambo on and head out to the local office and get revenge 1980's style.
