I got some messages from a few non-European residents telling me that they can't race on the cup with the current start times.

That's why I'd like to ask the question to everyone : Do you mind if we delay the start time of the event of 15 minutes(18:45 GMT instead of 18:30 GMT)?

Whatever happens, we're thinking of allowing the non-European residents to do their hotlap at the end of the hotlapping session if they want to.
