Is there an object there? with the amount of mod's going about now someone might have a crazy one that is sending your LFS mad :P. Doesnt look a gfx card issue though. Try restarting LFS and see if it is gone

well i restarted my pc and it works i blam some of it on someone messing with my sleep they put it at 20 ms
