new updated rulebook uploaded to the opening post

version 1_05 will latestly be released on monday... It will include Round 7, the procedure of the drop result and also some clairifications to some points... also the procedure in a red flag situation and the time limit will be clairified...

version 1.05 uploaded this version will be used for Round 1 of the LFSCART Light Winter Series

version 1.06 uploaded:
this version will be used for Round 2 of the LFSCART Light Winter Series.

It contains:

- several linguistic corrections
- clearification on the Qualifying procedure
- the must-change-compund rule is not to be enforced. Racers are free to use the tire compound they like as long as they want.

version 1.07 uploaded

It contains:

- some corrections
- clearification on the pit stop procedure
- 107% rule won't be used until we have x>25 cars

version 1.08 uploaded

It contains:

- a new structured restart procedure

A set of cones will now show the leader when he may accelerate and overtaking is not permitted until after crossing the Line.

I just uploaded a version of 1.09 without the counting bug you might have noticed at the full course caution rules... nothing serious so no new version just...

There's still only version 1.06 on the NDR website... just saying...
