Is there a option to disable Shift E, IE End race.

And, no, atm it's not possible unless you make your insim app send a vote cancel tiny every time a end race vote is started. And also there is a chance that the packet will reach the server too late(after the vote has been completed), so it's not 100% sure anyway.

i thought it was possible with ESC button if you`r the host,or admin.
