i saw a couple videos on youtube and this looked cool as hell
i am a noob and have no clue how to play this game so i was wonderin how do i launch the game to play

Download it here, unzip it and click on LFS.exe.

ok thanks now wat do i have to do to actually race and "edit" modify" my vehicle, buy cars/upgrades

Check LFSManual, there are all important things.

You can't modify the cars, neither buy cars, to unlock more cars and features, you must buy a licence.

ok so i cant do anything other than the demo races untill i buy a license, in ur opinion which license should i get the cheaper one or more expensive one?

The expensive one, S2 = full content. More cars and basically its more worth it

the more expensive one, save up for it.
There's not much point in going up in steps. Cause you won't find much online action with the S1 license.
