A congratulations on Aston!
Since the patch I cannot get enough of Aston! It is just so well textured and modelled. The sensation of speed as everything is flying past you is quite amazing. I'd say this is probably the best track model that I have ever seen in any simulation. Its technical layout, elevation changes, varying radius curves and camber changes make it a joy to drive. Somehow, when going fast, the track surface actually seems like its reflective - I know that it isn't but it could easily fool a lot of people who haven't seen LFS before. Its every polygon is so well used that it doesn't make a PC suffer from poor performance, yet it looks so good. This is an astonishing (goes with the name, I guess - heh) track and I really love it. I could wax lyrically about it all day.

Excellent work, Eric!
I have fallen in love with the City course... especially when people add objects and make games out of it!! Pure FUN!!
yes .. i it IS a nice track, i didn't really notice until patch U (tbh i was put off by as national) but now when the new layots are here, well, i've changed my mind (altough, with some cars, the straights are quite long ... ) but then again, the challenging parts sure are challenging--what i love the most is the elevation changes!
Huh? Did they retexture Aston?
there are still lots of bugs on many of the tracks including aston no really big bugs but little visual flaws here and there... and over there too...
Yes, Aston is absolutely amazing!

Look at the road surface... and the environment.
I think they have added a LOT of trees , but that just made it a LOT better ^^
btw, i love aston too ,especially XFR@AS Historic, oh yeah

Just drove Aston yesterday for the first time in the new patch, and I was surprised how much things have changed

I have, just didn't notice they'd done something to it and I can't be bothered to download an old version just for comparison... apparently I have my mind on other things while racing.

The North configuration is a breath of fresh air. It contains a little of everything and a lot of what makes driving a car fun. No boring straights, lots of elevation change, and complex cornering sequences that just don't stop. Yay

A congratulations on Aston!
