Could anyone me make some white puma shoes with purple(#460d98) stripe and purple logo.

You can´t make shoe skins on LFS

i mean just make the shoe part of the skin and i can paste it onto my suit skin

Dunno for that,but you can found puma gloves on LFS-Database

It has been done and looks awesome. The guy in question has made a MRT skin you can find it on the Master Skinner Forum.
