I've read through this thread a bit in a search of G25 settings, but the ones I've found were no good. Can somebody suggest drivable settings?
Currently, the problem I'm having is the wheel being delayed, its too numb while cornering at big rotationangles, and too twitchy if the rotation is set any lower. I have the settings in the game just as audimasta....
I've downloaded some mods(ffb and tire grip) and stopped using inside cam(only bumper cam) couse the wheel movement was annoying and distracting as hell, and the game is quiet nice ^^. Now i'm driving Works Murcielago ^^.
At least the physics aren't from *shudders* Undercover...
Very promising for a free game. But I'm assuming we're gonna have to pay plenty for the better content through microtransactions.
i tried too...it is horrible...no attacking, but i cant figure how the heck to drive good...it is beyond arcade but in a horrible way...you cant corner, there is way too much random noise...there is no way to take off the racing line, and i cant buy a new car :wtf:
I posted this in the other nfs shift thread here first! And its not a new release, a simple patch. Also, it all wont be in first patch but who knows. These are just the things theyr working on.
Anyways, what a suprise for me. I used to run on medium&low settings and had pretty bad framerate and unstable gameplay. Few minutes ago i managed to crank everything up as highest i can put. 1080p resolution, everything high, 4x AA ... And, the game is smooth now. I have no idea, but this suprised me a lot. Had to make a nice test drive too with a nice screenshot, photoshopped it a bit tho. http://i34.tinypic.com/18f2b6.jpg
Edit: Sorry my bad, didnt read all the text, just saw the "new release ... properly".
I actually had this problem, which was quite funny. After hitting another car, the opponent would just flip and my car will just be bouncing round the corner like a basketball. I even took a pic of it (I know, compression sucks. Don't blame me for it!)
Corner coming up, brake a bit, turn in gently.. BADA-BOOM-BOING! Bouncing across the corner like a freaking kangaroo, diving into the gravel and smack into a wall.
Arrrggghh!!
[QUOTE=hazaky;1303293]Bouncing ...I wonder why this havnt happened to me yet./QUOTE]Depends on the car. It happens in the last invitational event, time eliminator at Nordschleife with the McLaren F1. The McLaren is very bounce prone.
