it is explained in both the pictures attached

in picture one it shows the newest member

in picture 2 it says that his join date was December 2004 i joined Before then xD

Maybe it just means he has just recently posted for the first time on the forum? And therefore is the newest member?

He has 0 posts. Is it somehow possible that he has only just activated his account?

He probably signed into the forum for the first time, that's all. The date you got LFS has nothing to do with the newest member.
