LFS cars are (like Fonnybone said some pages before...) encrypted, so it wont be possible to edit any of the cars except the demo ones.

afair patch >Q only changes the exe and graphics, so it shouldn't affect the physics because its completely calculated in the exe... And the newer graphics simply won't work because the files aren't recognized by the prog...

Err, what? No.

He taught, that Patch Q only changed graphics... and lfs.exe. But apparently... he was wrong.

I mean, sure, the physics are rolled back to the point of PQ, but it should be possible to get LFSPQ by simply dropping the contents of a PQ zip into a PU LFS installation.

Edit: Lible: as you can see from this tiny "arrow" ( > ), I ment patches after Q. But it seems I'm thinking a bit crossover, so simply ignore my posts... :doh:

Mike you dumb noob, its for the unpatched version of LFS. it wont work with your current version... read the rest of the thread next time you reply.

Don't bash him just because he didn't know. I will agree that he needs to read the thread but still, you could offer some help.

Mike, you need to downgrade to patch Q first, then unzip anywhere and run LFSTweak.exe (I think that's the name)

You can find patch Q one the links listed on this page of the topic, but be warned, you may encounter problems with this.

download Q patch lfs, and install it over lfs.exe

run tweak

instead my step 3 is tweak says searching ofr lfs for a long time

I think you need the abc.abc file aswell...

when it says xxxxxxx.ocx or watever is missing , write it down and google it *download xxxxxx.ocx** etc, and download it, should have readme to tell where to put it and run prog again till u get files needed to run it, should only need to get one
