It doesn't seem like many people will arrive

Round 3 has been postponed, acting upon regulation II.6.d of the NDR Sporting Code which states that:

Quote :

An event may be postponed or suspended at the administration's discretion should less than eight (8) cars be available to run or to complete full distance. In the event of a postponement prior to qualifying or race start, the event may be rescheduled to run on a later date. If the event cannot be rescheduled, or the race started before suspension, points will be awarded based on the regulations for that particular series.

The Event will be rescheduled to either:

A free date between regularly scheduled rounds;
or
Run at the end of the regularly scheduled season.

Should neither of these options turn out, all drivers who were in server at time of declaration of activiation of the rule will recieve the 20 participation points. These drivers are recorded and will be noted for incase this event may not be rescheduled.
