It's not possible for a demo racer. With a licence you can use LFSTweak.

EDIT: I mean the sound of the car ( Not from going Shift+A ) or do you need a licence for that aswell. I don't think you would tho

I have a tweak that works for me. Just google and you shall find it, maybe.^^

For sounds look at Gills sound workshop at the misc addons sub forum. But actually to have the sound of a six cylinder engine you will need the car in game to have six cylinders aswell. Therefore you need the tweak.
