Probably possible with something like LFSTweak but I wouldnt say it would wheelie just by changing values in the pit...

easier with tweak´s but i can make the fzr go up to wheelie without tweak so i think u can make that car to do it without..

just try and fail till u make it happen with edit the setup.

1% gas 100% rear torque a certain susp and a certain gear ratio and away u go.

with the little amount of suspension travel it has i dont think so...MAYBE with the bf1 (just from power)
