I believe Ron Dennis once crashed a Mclaren F1 with Gerhard Berger as a passenger when he was showing off on a circuit. (don't have a source, I remember reading a long time ago)

I read that after the crash Ron asked Berger "Gerhard, what did I do wrong?"...

...Berger simply replied "everything!"
