Every time I connect to a Server and then play there for like a min... After a min my games goes slow the FPS goes from 80-90 to 1.5-3.0 and the car is Cutted into piece something like that and the game is so frigging slow I have to restart my PC and then after the restart I play again and it happens again Please help me..

Check your GPU temperature, it can be overheating.

Did you check your GPU temp _while_ you were playing? Checking a CPU temp might be also worth a try. Post your whole PC specs, that will allow us to help you in a much more efficient way

I would suggest your graphics card is stealing what is left of your system ram.
