Do a ping test to london or america where most LFS servers are located.

Unless you know a server is located in Turkey there is no use pinging to there. You can also ping the IP of the server if you know the IP. Through windows forget how.

This is probably ISP related, but repeat your ping test with a server at a greater distance than 50 miles.
restart your router / PC etc and repeat

Also have you made a rule in your firewall to allow LFS ports open TCP and UDP?
