A web tool called LFS Favhosts, where, after a free registration, you can add / remove your favourite LFS hosts and directly join them. The website layout and design are quite simple, I didn't want it to be anything complicated.

Yep, same as doing it with a .com etc

And what exactly should I set up at the co.cc site to work properly?

Nameservers is the best way
(if thats what you ment by set it up )

So, I've moved the website into new free hosting (thanks to DavidTiger for info) - the new URL is www.lfs-favhosts.co.cc. I'm sorry but you will have to register again, because I've changed passwords storage system.

Yep, you're right, MD5 encoding saved as binary 32 char string. I hope it's safe enough.

Just a little update on the site - User list can now be sorted by nickname, username, number of fav. hosts or registration date.
