I am assuming the locked in drivers will also have to confirm if they are available by the time the pre qualy finishes. (Sat whatever the time was) at the latest?

I didnt see that anywere unless I missed it otherwise you might have spaces left in the shootouts?

Everyone pre-qualifies for the Pre-Season Race. We're testing the script (thanks Reint Jan!), and Airio, to make sure we get no problems.

No I didn't say that.

For the Pre-Season Race only, everyone who enters for the race must pre-qualify. The fastest 32 will race at the Pre-Season Race.

For the Season itself, top 15 from last year will meet the top 15 from the (Reserve) Shootouts. The 50 drivers in the Shootouts are made up of the top 50 from Pre-Qualifying.
