Ive got 2 computers at home.
Wired like this.

Router
__I___
Switch
I ____I
CPU1___CPU2

When i start a dedicated server on CPU1 (public) i cant join the server from CPU2. I cant even find it in the server list. But I can connect through LAN (with IP). But i cant log in as Admin.
Correct me if im wrong. But i type my admin password in the ordinary password field.

Should it be possible for me to see my server from the server list?
Can i log in as admin when connected through LAN?

yes you should be able to log in as admin through lan.

The internet bit is all routers and i havnt a clue there.

But for lan and the admin password make sure in the config you have only ONE forward slash before your admin pass.

ie: /admin=password NOT //admin=password

That helped ALOT! I didnt notice that the functions were "disabled".

With regards to finding your server in the server list, you need to make sure that its not a private game, and that you've opened the ports (29339 TCP and 63392 TCP/UDP) on your router to your "server" pc.
