I was having fun and burning tires. Got all 4 flat.... Anyway... In Car Park I got to fence and couldn't get out of trench. But then suddenly, a BUG appears. The tires are not on the ground, they are... In concrete?

The tyre is dead flat, and the trench as you call it, is curved upwards, so the rim is touching the sloped part, not a bug, as it is what would happen if you parked against a sloped surface such as a kerb in a real car with a flat tyre.
