I think new smoke would make LFS nearly perfect.

It would be very nice if this would be done.
And thats not ricy, its realistic.

That is a HUGE difference by now...
Or do you mean it will be improved to get closer to reality?

Have a look at the latest progress report, there's a pragraph about tyre heating and cooling. And also, here's a little preview how long the progress have gone so far.

Looks pretty nice, now it only needs this "wrapping" of the smoke around the wheel
