If I was driving that car, and see a deer flying off skywards, I wouldn't stop, I'd slow down and drive to the drug and alcohol testing to see if I was high.

Bad luck, yes, but the likelihood of being hit by said rally car would go to none if people stood maybe just a bit further off the track. In fact, anywhere not directly on the track would be a great start.

As much as I agree that seeing a live rally race from close must be awesome, somebody who gets hit by one gets no sympathy from me. The deer isn't intelligent enough to make the decision to be somewhat careful. The man that chooses not to be careful is responsible for any bad things that may happen to him.

Deer do terrible things to cars all the time, this one tried it on with the wrong car. Let that be a lesson to the rest of his kind.
