Not to long before the 1 Tm barrier is broken. At the moment of writing, the mark is at 994,952,803 Km. Will there be fire works? Will there be an announcement? I know it's just a statistic, but it does show how successful LFS is.

I once had a 1985 vauxhall nova (opel corsa) that had done 248,164 miles (399,381 km) when i sold it, but needless to say it smoked like hell!

I had a volvo 740 with 360,000 km on the gauge, wasnt any problem whatsoever with the car... no smoke, didnt take oil, no rattle... just a bit soft in the suspension.

My parents had one just like it with 470,000 km and still working perfectly when they sold it.

You mean less scientifically correct, right? T is the SI denotation for 10^12 whether you use the long or short scale.

In german we always use the long scale.

So, given the current numbers, we are closing in on overall 10^9 - or 1 billion in the english commonly used short scale - kilometers overall driven in LFS since introduction of lfsworld the way we have it. That's really a milestone!
