i am a person with well over 250 replays, and looking for the right one when pretty much all of them have similar titles, is very hard. you can rename them, yes, but wouldn't it be easier if you could search it? lets just say you're looking for a replay about you drifting in fern bay. you know you were driving in fern bay in the xrt, so you type "FE1 XRT" press enter, and get a few singled out. you get what i am trying to say here? thanks

Or you can go to /data/mpr and search in windows. And then simply double click on the correct one and watch it
I have over 3400 replays (5.8GB). Ability to search nicknames/licence names of players would be helpful.
+1

Great idea. All it would need is for the mpr to have some metadata stating the track, car and usernames of the drivers present.

Hi Adam..

Quote from adamshl :Program displays error when loading replays. Outdated version, I think is no longer developed.

What error message do you get?

I've just downloaded 2 Z28 replays from the forum and both load in my version fine. I do have a slightly later version than the last released one, but don't remember changing much / anything within the replay handling code itself.

If you think you know a replay which is causing it to display the error, if you could upload that, I'll try loading it into the version I have.

I can't debug too much right now as I don't have my C++ environment installed since installing windoze7, but will see if I can at least spot anything obvious from your error message / any file you might think causes a problem.

+1 to it. I deleted 9.6 GB of MPR's couple days ago, only saved the ones which contained 90 degree drifts, well done twins, good laps, etc.

Problem may be a large number of replays, but I don't exclude that some replays is broken.
When I cut large part of replays, everything works good, tomorrow I will try to look more closely.

I established that Z13 was MPR buffer overflow vulnerability, bug was fixed in Z15 test patch. :detective
Corrupted files was separated (35 - Z13, 1 - Z15?) from 2675 tested and working, but there is still a problem when I try to load e.g. 1973 files.
This time there is another error ("3673580527" is not a valid integer value.).
I know that it works with group 1035 files, but I don't have more time to find exact upper limits number of files / files size, when a LFS Replay Manager crashes.

Improvement Suggestions: LFS Replay Manager should create a cache and scan new files only, when reload replay list.
Now each run LFS Replay Manager with 1000 files takes ~10 min.

I attach sample replays (Z13 & Z15), which cause a LFS Replay Manager error, probably by an buffer overflow bug.
Buffer overflow vulnerability still in Z15? looks on my car in replay AS1R_race_10L_6R_7F.mpr, timestamp ~10:08.50.

File Name: AS1R_race_10L_6R_7F.mpr
