While it's been quiet on the news side Concept has been busy behind the scenes, we successfully managed to get invited into Masters of Endurance, still one of the most prestigious leagues in Live for Speed, where we have already taken part in the first two rounds. For most of us it is the first MoE season so we're not too concerned about results but rather want to shine with clean and respectful driving while still trying to compete with all the big names taking part in the GT1 class.
In other news two of our members are not only productive on the track but also in their private lives. Congratulations to Concept's K. Doughty for his child in the making, about 4 weeks to go for his big moment, and M. Butz who already calls himself a proud Dad. Not only do they have new blood into their families but also Concept has been looking for an addition to keep the team healthy. We'd like to welcome the fast and clean Finn Pasi "BLOBO" Juvani who will be racing in the green colours from now on, he couldn't resist when we told him we'd stock up our ice cream supplies.
Pasi in the Masters of Endurance
Some more details about Pasi:
He lives near Oulu in Finland, is 28 years old and most fond of the single-seaters in Live for Speed, while searching for a new challenge he got more into the endurance part of racing and happily agreed to help us out in the Masters of Endurance where we had the chance to get to know him a little better. He already proved that he isn't just fast but also understands how to develop and setup a car, we're happy to have him as a full Concept Racing team member now and can't wait to see what he will achieve in the future.
While we were so busy we managed to completely forget our own Birthday, Concept turned 3 years old in late December last year. We're still thinking about a small event to properly celebrate our anniversary, you'll hear more from this either here in the news or in the LFS-forums.
Happy and successful new year from everybody at Concept Racing.
