Seems the BF1 cars require quite alot of downforce to be fast. Do you think this is realistic? I am not that familiar with F1 setups but low wing settings don't seem to work. Are my setups off or what ? Steve P
Of course low wing settings "work". However, most circuits aren't fast enough for the optimum wing angles (i.e. giving the lowest possible lap times) to get that low.
If we ever get some really fast tracks in LFS, I'm sure you'll see lower wing angles being used. But on the majority of tracks that are available atm, you'll need max wing angles.
what would be cool is if our deflector spoilers worked which are next to the exhaust, there has only been 1 f1 race i saw this year, and those things are pretty cool how they make them really thin so they bend downward when getting up to a higher speed
