I'm from Häme which is famous for it's people being slow and quiet

I speak what you could call "formal spoken Finnish", I've got no extra weird words that don't actually mean anything or I don't say P instead of A and so on (like the Ostrabothnians do). However I do add a lot of Anglicisms, which would make my speech rather incomprehensible if you didn't know English.

I've also got what you could call a speech disorder (trouble with my esses). Now I know it's quite common among the Finns but even my fellow countrymen sometimes remind me that I can't speak properly

English - I've been told I sound like a rapist

Quote from hyntty :English - I've been told I sound like a rapist

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA what?
I was born and raised around Chatham, where the chav supposedly derived from. I never really think about the way I talk or what it sounds like. I guess I don't really pronounce my T's, unless the word begins with a "t". Some people might think that it's lazy, but it's just what I am used to from the area that I was brought up in.
Someone once told me I sounded like Lily Savage.

That hurt.

Hyntty: Anglicism, Germanisms and Flemishisms (really, srsly) are the devil's tools too destroy our precious language. They must be avoided at all times.
this is our accent over here. it's the portuguese portuguese (not brazilian portuguese) language with some changes to the dialect and some different words. You can call it "scottish portuguese" in other words. (Brazilian dialect is "american portuguese" since the pt-pt is the original lingo).
It's also one of the funniest accents ever (for those who have some pt knowledge or roots) to listen to.

I have a French accent in Dutch, a Dutch accent in English and the all French always ask me where I am coming from...lol
I have a little of the typical hard Bratislava accent. When I have a presentation at school people say that I bore them to death I'm working on improving that.
My voice has been slowly recovering over the last few years from a throat operation a couple of years ago - and being slashed in the face and damaging my jaw muscles, after which I found speaking quite difficult, but these days I have a range of voices for different scenarios.

There's my Meeting somebody new voice where I sound all girly.
There's my Talking to an old friend voice where I rattle away quickly.
There's my Telephone voice where i'm extremely polite and deliberate.
There's my Talking to a customer services operator voice where i'm uncompromising and firm.
Then there's my Talking over the radio voice where I subconsciously mumble to make it impossible to hear what i'm saying.

Usually i'm described as speaking quite poshly, I have quite a large vocal range but I tend to speak quite softly and in a fairly low tone on account of numerous childhood traumas...

Oh and I can self harmonise when I sing, but I can't hit the right notes when people are listening because I lack confidence as a singer.
Um... kinda neutral East Londoner's Accent but tend to get nervous when talking to people I don't know, so I get shy easily, making me un-able to talk quickly/loud enough infront of them.
