Is there a way so I can change this?

You can use scripting to have other keys (or wheel buttons) emulate the key presses to 7, 8, 9 or 0, but there is no way to directly rebind those keys from inside the game.

Thanks for the info.

You can go to controls, then CTRL + or ALT +, it doesnt matter. Then type "/press 7" (blinker to left) then on the right click wheel buttons and map what button on the wheel you want to activate the left blinker. Then do that for 8 9 0 and youre set.
