Yes it's works in multiplayer. But it's only "template" program for creating Outgauge apps for Delphi programmers.

No. This outgauge on portable was written in C++. But it is very early version. I must work on it.

You propably not declared outgauge structure packet so your program can't recognize it properly.

Read insim.txt in LFS docs folder about OUTGAUGE struct
