For all you non-UK people - The chips you get everywhere else (i.e. fries, or thicker oven chips / steak cuts) probably taste awful in a roll, but proper chips from a fish & chip shop taste nomalicious in a roll.
The Scottish probably do something similar, but deep fry the bap first too
Man I could murder some chips now, shame the nearest decent one is 9 miles away...
