I agree this forum is excellent for general talk and advertisment of some of the things that happen in the LFS Karting League , but I think minimax is right , if possible to have a forum on the Karting League website , would be good.

i'd like to race

Yes, same here, actually getting the first race done is much more important than getting the 'nice-to-have' pages on the website done.

Unfortunately I'm going camping this weekend so I won't have access to a computer to host a race so it'll have to be the weekend after, sorry

I thought for it to be a league we all had to know exactly who is racing , what tracks are being used for the whole league and what track will be used for the first race of the league season before we could just start racing ?

Or is that already available to me and i am just missing it ?

It's already available

Click on one of the dates on the calendar that is green on the website, it will take you to a page telling you what class, what time and what track the race is being held at.

Does that mean nothing is set up at the moment ?

because i can only look at the current month , and there doesnt seem to be anything on it.

You can only look at the current month, yes, but there should be a date highlighted in green. Please post a screenshot and your browser details. (e.g. IE, firefox etc)

No i do see the 14th of May is in green and clickable , but i mean ...

for the new league / season / event whatever , should drivers not be able to see in advance on just 1 month ?

If possible then , could it be on the LFS Karting League forum ? as a sticky topic in here ? Similar to the LFSGT forum just a few places down , where there is posts on specifics , like Race Rules , Current Members , Race tracks to be used and the rough times at which we will race on these.

That is a thread that tells you race dates and locations, it also details what else I have planned. I will create new threads with race rules and all those who are currently signed up sometime this week since it's half-term for me.

As requested I have modified it so you can select the months and I have updated the dates we're racing on, the first race is this Saturday so I hope you're all ready!

After a big push today to get it finished, I have. I've still gotta put a forums link on each page and add another feature to the calendar but essentially the website is finished.

I'm going to create a user-friendly installer for it and give it out free for other leagues to use since it is what I was looking for when I was creating this one.

Please could everyone update their profiles. There was a bug that caused you to change everyone's profiles when you changed yours but it's fixed now.

I'm going to start work on the new calendar feature on monday.
