ARB Live Setting ?
Can anyone tell me how is ARB stiffness adjusted lively on real life cars ?
Either via electro-mechanical means (ARB-by-wire?), or via a blade adjuster and a mechanical level.

The blade rotates, and acts like a ruler - in one direction it's stiff, and in the other direction it's quite flexible. In between is a non-linear change from stiff to flexible.

Hope that helps.
What comes to my mind is this.
When you move mountings position, you change the efective stiffnes.

Oh, but it's my guess only

Hard to do that when the car is moving though, which is what the OP is on about.
Looks like you can use the same thing to change main spring stiffness of a push-rod suspension. Is there anything like that in real life ?

Yes it has many disadvantages. I believie it should have heavy addons to work properly.

Not that I'm aware of. The loads are quite high in pushrod suspensions, with quite small deflections, so I think most cars go for stiffness in that region so that the spring is the only elastic in the suspension - makes figuring everything out a lot easier.
