Car 19 passed 11 under safety car. The failure of 19 to pass the safety car when instructed made this pass much more damaging to 11's race.

Would have liked to blaim the admins for this, but it´s our own fault, mixing up #09 and #19 in this situation.

Car 19 overtakes before told, and is told to return to original position. The car does not return to original positiob by 1 car, the 11 car. Car 11 did have a slide during the SC period, but it was before Car 19 had fallen back behind the car ahead of 11 in queue. Car 19 issued a 30-second penalty for overtaking under SC.

Car 19 is also issued a warning for failure to obey administrative orders in a timely fashion, specifically failing to overtake the queue when instructed.
