Europe enters daylight saving time on Sunday, 28 March. At the moment 14 UTC = 15 French time. From 28 March onwards 14 UTC = 16 French time. I don't think you have considered this with your start times.

Edit: I won't be online for the rest of today, but I'll check back here tomorrow. If you still don't understand about daylight saving time it might help to read the wikipedia article .
